By accessing and using the website Inovoplay.ro, users expressly accept the following terms and conditions. The website is operated by the company INOVO TIM LC S.R.L. Inovoplay.ro is dedicated to promoting and facilitating reservations for the rental of a playground for birthdays and parties, intended for children aged 1 to 8, in a self-service format. The website may display promotional materials and service offers. Use of the site is permitted only for its intended purpose, and users agree not to use the available information or resources for other commercial or unauthorized purposes.

On Inovoplay.ro, reservations can be made online, upon request, and are confirmed by paying an advance of 700 RON. The advance is paid in Romanian currency (RON) and will be deducted from the total value of the reserved service. Available payment methods will be specified at the time of booking. Cancellation or modification terms are covered in a separate agreement between the parties and are not included in this document. INOVO TIM LC S.R.L. is available, upon request, to provide information regarding payment methods, deposit refunds, and any other reservation-related matters carried out through this website.

The rental agreement is considered concluded once the user’s advance payment is confirmed and the booking is recorded in the system. After the agreement is concluded, the user will receive an email confirmation of the reservation. Prices displayed on the site are in RON and include VAT. The operator reserves the right to change the listed prices at any time, but the final price applicable to the reservation will be the one communicated at the time of confirmation.

According to Article 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on e-commerce, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the rental of leisure spaces. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings made on Inovoplay.ro; any cancellations or changes are subject to the terms of the contract signed between the parties.

The operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages suffered by the user as a result of using the site, except when such damages are caused by the operator’s intent or gross negligence. The operator does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access to the website and is not responsible for technical errors, internet connection interruptions, or other technical issues that may occur during site usage. The operator reserves the right to modify the website’s content or to temporarily or permanently discontinue its operation without prior notice.

All intellectual property elements displayed on the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) are protected by copyright and related rights held by INOVO TIM LC S.R.L. or third parties. Reproducing, copying, or distributing the site’s content in any form and on any medium is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by law or the operator.

This Terms and Conditions agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes between the user and the operator will first be settled amicably; if not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts at the operator’s headquarters.
