Through the interactive form on the website, which provides a calendar with availability and allows online advance payment.
By phone, email, or WhatsApp, with the contract signed and a deposit paid within 24 hours.

If the event organizer wants to reschedule after the initial booking, they must notify Inovo Play at least 14 calendar days before the original date. Based on availability, a new date will be set within 45 calendar days, and the already paid deposit will remain valid.
If the event is canceled for reasons not related to force majeure (as mentioned in the contract) or Inovo Play, the deposit is non-refundable.

This means that parents or organizers are responsible for everything related to the upcoming party: food, drinks, etc.

The space is intended for private events in self-service format, such as children's birthdays or kindergarten celebrations. The space is rented exclusively to one client for their chosen time slot.

Children are supervised by parents/guardians, who are provided with information about the activities and playground rules.

The playground is equipped with safe, EU-certified structures. A set of rules and usage instructions is provided when the contract is signed and must be followed.

We’ve created a special lounge area for parents, a coffee corner with complimentary water, and recreational games for them.

Each family is directly responsible for the food they bring and consume at the location, and must ensure its quality.

Adults are required to collect all waste left after the party using the designated area. Detailed cleaning and sanitization are handled later by Inovo Play.
